They Are Among Us
Hopkins, Budd and Carol Rainey, Sight Unseen: Science, UFO Invisibility and Transgenic Beings, New York: Pocket Star Books, 2004, pp481. Paperback, new.
When I saw a new book like this selling for a reasonable price at a downtown used-book store, I didn't hesitate to buy it right away.

Make It Right for Singapore
I bought this book from J.B. Jeyaretnam when he was selling many books of the same title at Raffles Place in December 2000. I'd requested him to autograph it for me and he obliged gladly.

1998/1999 Singapore Street Directory
As years gone by, this kind of guidebook became larger and larger (due to more roads and highways being built) and its pages have color maps and advertisements.
The size of this issue is almost that of a coffee table book.

Coca-Cola Trays
I ain't much of a collector of those fancy Coca-Cola collectibles. But when a friend gave me this colorful paperback recently, I was pleased to accept it. This paperback has large prints and it's a good guidebook.

Diamonds in Australia
When I'd noticed this large paperback inside Romie's bookshop downtown sometime last week, I didn't hesitate to buy it rightaway.
It's interesting and fun to read something about diamonds, even though I don't own any piece of investment diamond thus far.
Gold Producers Handbook
This large paperback was bought in 1992 at a high price from Times The Bookshop downtown.
A long way back in 1991, the market price of gold was about the same as the price of platinum. It was a golden opportunity back then for anyone to exchange all his or her gold into platinum and becomes rich by now 'coz the price of platinum is more than twice the price of gold nowadays.
It's easy to mention this missed opportunity on hindsight.

The Robots' Rebellion
This is a nice-used (as good as new) paperback that I'd bought from Romie last month. Although I'd read a few articles and watched several videos about David Icke (born 1952) hosted by several websites, this is the first book that I'd ever bought which is written by this author.
David Icke is an active campaigner against the New World Order of mind control of the population.

Selling these 31 Nice Used Books
He'd asked me to help him to sell these nice used books at Yahoo! Auctions Singapore, and I am now thinking several descriptions to write about these books in order to create those auctions pages.
But first of all, I have to shoot several nice photographs of everyone of these books individually.
Meanwhile, I have to find some space in my bookshelf to stack up these books carefully 'coz it may take quite awhile to sell them on auctions. SOLD!

A Chinatown in California
This is some serious stuff. I was given this nice used paperback recently by a good friend, who is also my loyal and regular customer at Yahoo! Auctions Singapore.
I think I need to spend some time grinding through the pages of this book.
